Other areas we look at are floor supports such as beams and columns in the basement. Weather the floor, wall and roof framing is properly sized and spaced. Siding, trim, windows, doors, roofing – all can play apart to the overall structure and budget. Finally, we look at all of the mechanical systems. The plumbing water and sewer system; The heating and ventilation system; The electrical system. Are they working correctly now? Do they need improvements to them to handle the additional new spaces?
